I have been thinking about starting a cello solo events website for a while. Last October, I played for a wedding ceremony in Chester and started to source backing tracks for a variety of music - from Bach Prelude in G to popular contemporary songs such as A Thousand Years. I have had years of playing for wedding quartets and know the type of music that clients are requesting. I will continue to build on the music I have and work with clients if they don't see the type of music they would like. I'm interested in getting some Einaudi music for cello.
It's exciting and in the current Covid-19 climate - a great alternative to a string quartet because less people are involved.
